Please read our fulfillment policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds for services (such as design or consulting services) are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact our customer service team at admin@pixelable.com
  • Provide your name, last name, invoice, email address and the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Processing Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Service cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • Contact our customer service team at admin@pixelable.com
  • Provide your name, last name, invoice, email address and request for cancellation.
  • Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds within 5-7 business days.

Partial Cancellations:

  • If only part of an order is canceled, the refund will be processed for the canceled items only.
